To an Angry Nation
Is it possible that there is so much wrong with everything but also so much to be thankful for? Our world has serious problems, and when you talk to someone about them, you can feel the pain. On one hand, all we know is what we’ve experienced, so the situation does seem grim at best, dire at worst. But on the other, we are capable of looking beyond our own suffering, of examining the landscape in a clearer way. It’s what makes us human. And we need to remember that. We are all human. And listening to others’ answers. We will change the world, one life, one moment at a time, but it will require everything that we are. Such is life. Would you trade existence on this planet for anything else?
